The registration will be validated only after the payment of the registration fees on:

- The registration fee includes breakfast and debriefing at the Chapelle Superbagnères, two nights in a half-board refuge, the barbecue and the prize-giving ceremony.
- In case of cancellation of the event (weather, covid, etc.), 20 euros will be kept as expenses incurred by the organization.
- After June 1, 2023, no reimbursement in case of withdrawal by a competitor.
